Lovely quality of meat and the owner knows his stuff about finding good quality produce.
Extremely friendly owner, took the time to explain to me and my mother a bit about the meat industry which was fascinating. Was very patient as I didn't have enough money so had to put some things back lol. Even gave us some free liver-sausages to try out since we said that we have never had liver before, so he said to try these out to get a feel for it. And yeah, they were delicious. As for the scotch fillet, it beats everything I've had from the big 3 supermarkets and the handful of other butchers that I have tried out. Can't recommend this place enough for high quality meat and service!
Bought scotch fillet yesterday and I have to say, it was the finest, tenderest fillet I've ever bought. Outstanding. Well worth the visit, the butcher knows his stock and you can tell he's passionate about his shop. I'll be back time and time again.
Owner is knowledgeable and very helpful. Excellent customer service. Was able to provide in depth detail about all meat options as well as other things in store for sale and willing to answer all my questions. I purchased turkey breasts and it was by far the best I've ever had. Highly recommend.
I have been going to this butcher for the last few years and the meat is without a doubt the best I have found in Adelaide. The quality of the meat speaks for itself in flavour and texture. I find the service very good and the butcher is happy to answer any questions about different cuts and also questions about where the meat comes from. There is also a good range of prices relating to different cuts, so eating organic doesn't have to break the purse.
