    I found it on Facebook, sent text and got response from Chris about the meditation sessions. He is very friendly. He conducts some of the Osho meditations such as: 1. Dynamic Meditation It is my personal favourite. It is an active meditation that has five stages- chaotic breathing, catharsis, jumping, remaining silent and celebration. It is basically done in the morning. Relaxes the busy minds. 2. Nadhbrahma Meditation ????‍♀️ It has three major stages: Humming, hand movements and silent sitting. 3. Kundalini Meditation is another active meditation that have four major stages including shaking the body, dancing, standing still and silent sitting. It’s basically done in the evening. 4. No Dimension Meditation is a unique and interesting one. This one is based on Sufi technique. In the first part you swing your arms with a set of movements. Then whirl at the second stage, and finally lie down in silence. 5. Nataraj Meditation is a dance meditation. It mainly involves dancing. First you dance with all your energy followed by the silent sitting. Then at the final stage you celebrate. Check with him on FB messenger about the upcoming sessions and he will let you know. If you are lucky then in some of the days esp at the weekend all the meditations are done in a same day. You can start at 9. After each session there will be break. If you are planning to go there for the whole day then better pack up your lunch as well. The place is really peaceful and has the amenities you may need. It has a big Meditation hall, a kitchen area, two bathrooms on either side of the hall, and a small library as well. He has got a good collection of Osho books and audio. Kitchen has a refrigerator, a microwave, electric kettle along with the tea bags, honey, sugar, and hot water. BYO food if you intend to be there for the whole day. ????????
