Natalie from Alite Mind came to our workplace to talk to us about how meditation and mindfulness can help with our everyday mental health. Natalie took us through a beginners workshop of meditation with approx 25 staff members. Our staff felt amazing afterwards and plan on visiting Natalie again in her studio!
I have never been to mediation before & after recommendation, I attended a class with at Alite Mind Meditation. Natalie was very welcoming and the easy to follow. The session is applicable for all ages and for both women and men. I was very relaxed & may have nodded off for a moment or two! Natalie has created a beautiful space which is open and calm. Attending meditation sessions with Natalie has taught me methods for dealing with my sleep issues. She is very professional and I always leave feeling much lighter and a deep and peaceful sort of calm. Thoroughly recommended!
