    Jen's lunchtime meditation sessions at my Cowork office have been wonderful! As someone who doesn't meditate regularly, I find Jen's calm and soothing voice easy to focus on so I can let my mind and body relax. A perfect reset and boost of energy for the afternoon ahead at the desk!
