I had a haircut yesterday and unfortunately, I cannot say that I'm satisfied with the results. It was, without a doubt, one of the worst haircuts I've ever received. The stylist seemed disinterested in understanding what I wanted. I had shown her a picture of the style I was aiming for, but it felt like she paid little attention to it. She started cutting my hair without much consultation, and as a result, I ended up with a haircut that bore no resemblance to what I had requested. The worst part was the unevenness of the cut. It was clear that the stylist had made several mistakes, and my hair looked lopsided and asymmetrical. Additionally, the stylist's lack of professionalism was disappointing. She didn't engage in much conversation as she could not understand English. In the end, I left the salon feeling disheartened and frustrated. I will need to find another stylist to correct the mistakes made during this haircut. It's disappointing to spend both time and money on a service that didn't meet even the most basic expectations. I hope my review serves as constructive feedback for Street hair to improve the quality of their services and the professionalism of their stylists. I won't be returning for another haircut there, and I'd caution others to think twice before booking an appointment.
Awesome haircut done by Judy. She is very precise and polite. I always want my hair to be the perfect cut. This will be my permanent place to get my hair done and by Judy.
I have been to this salon 3 times, first 2 hair cuts were quite good. Had 3rd visit, cut was done in 10-15 min. Hair dressers are not well presented and quite rude. It started with the clothes that I was wearing. She said my clothes is not the best to come to hair salon because of the turtle neck. I felt that I had to apologies, then she was " oh you don't need to be sorry because you are the one feel itchy later" with cynical laugh. She did not even let me check my back of the hair. She was like " how are you gonna check it" sounded like looking down on me. Well there were 2 mirrors, yeah of course I can check it if hairdresser holds a mirror behind me and I can see the reflection. It's very disappointing that the quality of hair dressers are so vary in this store. Hope I could have chosen the dresser that I had good experience before.
