I went here today with my mum for the first time and unfortunately the last. I arrived with my mum and we were seated together, however the lady that did my nails acted like it was a major inconvenience to have our business and her mood did not improve the entire time. After 20 minutes or so my mum was asked to move to another table with no explanation whatsoever, which meant that we could not talk to each other for the rest of the time. My nails look great (unfortunately the same could not be said for my mum’s) and if we were treated a bit better I would have loved to come back.
I’ve been a regular at Citi Nails Norwood for a few years now, and I’ve always been happy with their service. I’ve seen a lot of the girls there and they’re all good, but Su is my go to and goes above and beyond every time I come in. Couldn’t recommend them highly enough!
Great pedicure. the lady who gave me a pedicure was lovely & paid attention to detail. They had lots of staff on, so it seemed everyone was able to be seated quite quickly (maybe not the case all the time)
I’m quite disappointed by my recent experience. I often go to this place to treat myself (the service until today has been good), but my pedicure today was rushed. The lady ‘forgot’ to include the cream and massage at the end Also they said No when I asked them to cut side skin of my toe. I understand if you have infection that is different However it was just a simple task, charged me full price. After pedi is done I have been sent for my nails to desk No 5 the lady gave the expression that why I am here. At on stage I thought I am stupid paying for such service. They talk in their own language makes others nervous and one feels awkward. Not coming again and recommend others not to go this place.
