I booked an appointment over the phone, acrylics and a pedicure. I was very excited for it as I had just had a baby and was excited to finally get pampered. I organised a baby sitter (as I’m a single mum) and when I got there they had not booked my appointment and told me that they were too busy. It was terrible customer service and they didn’t even offer an appointment the next day. I have an event and honestly they ruined my weekend if I had known I would have gone to another salon earlier in the day! I’m absolutely gutted
