Beautiful place. Got my B2Hydra facial done for the first time. Charlotte was amazing & very informative. Loved the way she worked through. Smooth and easy. Can't wait to visit again! Awaiting the results !
First time visiting - the salon is lovely and welcoming. All staff I dealt with very lovely. Rachel, who performed my treatment, was very nice. I’ve booked in for a different treatment so very happy with the service.
My first time at Refresh and Rejuvenate. I highly recommend, I had the pleasure of Rachel doing my treatments whom made my experience magical. It was relaxing and it felt like I had been coming here for years. I look forward too my next appointment
Atmosphere and people were nice enough. I had a Brazilian waxing service performed. I have really sensitive skin which I informed her of, as I assumed it would be okay to still get the waxing done- if it was done by a profession. The wax was extremely hot and felt like I was getting burnt. When I got home and looked, I noticed there was still hair in a few places, so I had to get my friend to pluck some of it out. I also have 5 places where the skin is completely raw. I would never ever come back here. Extremely disappointed, especially as I came here as it had almost 5 stars so I assumed they would be more knowledgeable and that it would be a good experience.
